Our story
From bespoke websites to AI and automation
Web Solutions was founded in 2011 to build bespoke websites for UK businesses. Online shops followed, then hosting, digital marketing and branding, all under one roof.
As our clients grew, so did we. Today we work from Essex in the UK and Riyadh in Saudi Arabia, building bilingual websites, online stores and AI tools for businesses across the UK and the Gulf.
What hasn’t changed is how we work: friendly, experienced people who take the time to understand your business, and who are still there long after launch.

Questions we’re often asked
How long does a project usually take?
Most projects take around 2 to 8 weeks, depending on size. If you need something urgently, call us and we’ll find a way to meet your deadline.
Will my website work on phones and tablets?
Always. Every site we build is designed mobile-first and tested on phones, tablets and desktops.
Can I update the website myself?
Yes, and we’ll train you. Adding and editing content is simple, and we’ll show you which areas are best left to us.
What if I need help after launch?
We include two to four hours of free post-launch edits, covering training, changes and fixes. After that we’re an email, call or WhatsApp away, and small things are often handled at no charge. For ongoing help, see our support packages.
